Do you offer free site inspections?
Yes. We visit your site, understand the requirement and give you a written, itemised quote — free of charge.
Which areas do you serve?
We work mainly across central Kerala from our offices in Changanacherry and Kochi — Kottayam, Changanacherry, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Ernakulam — and take on larger projects across Kerala.
Do you handle complete construction, including GFRG and V-Board?
Yes. We build new homes and commercial spaces end to end, including GFRG Rapid Wall, V-Board and panel construction, steel truss work, roofing and waterproofing.
Can you renovate just my kitchen or bathroom?
Absolutely. We take on single-room renovations as well as full-home makeovers, handling civil, plumbing, electrical, tiling and carpentry together.
Do you attend emergency repairs?
Yes. For leaks, electrical faults and other urgent issues, WhatsApp us for the fastest response. AMC clients get priority call-outs.
What is an AMC and do I need one?
An Annual Maintenance Contract covers planned inspections and routine upkeep of electrical, plumbing, AC and building items for a fixed yearly fee, with priority service when something breaks. It suits villas, apartments, offices and shops.
Do I need to buy materials myself?
No. We source quality, branded materials for you and include them in the quote — or work with materials you prefer.
